GUNPOWDER
After the leaves have been pan-fired to de-enzyme them, they are rolled into small pellets and then dried. The pellets resemble lead shot or gunpowder, giving the tea its descriptive name.
Gunpowder tea has a coppery liquor with a herby, dry taste.
