How can I order?

Ordering online is easy using our Google Checkout shopping cart. If you prefer you can place a telephone order by ringing our shop during normal business hours.

When will my order be sent?

We aim to dispatch orders received on a business day by 11.30 am GMT the same day. Orders placed after this, over the weekend or during peak periods will go out the following business day.
We will contact you if there is a delay.

How much does it cost to send?
Shipping rates are calculated by weight. Details can be found here.

Can I send it to a friend?
To send to a different address, simply select "or enter a new address" in the shipping address section of checkout and enter the gift recipient's address. Likewise, a gift message can be added upon checkout.

I don't like ordering online. Can I send a cheque?

No problem, just email us your order or telephone us at the shop with your order. We can take a card payment over the telephone or you can send a cheque. Just to be on the safe side, we have to wait for cheques to clear before we dispatch an order.

Can you get xxxxx?

We can try! Let us know what you are looking for and we shall see what we can do.

What if I'm not at home when you deliver?

If you're not home Royal Mail or the courier will leave a card to let you know they have called. The card will tell you about how you can receive your parcel and the steps you need to take to arrange for your parcel to be redelivered.
You can always choose a work address as a delivery address upon checkout if that is easier.

What if it goes wrong?

Please, please contact us. Email or telephone us at the shop, to let us know what has happened. Mistakes do happen and we really would rather know about a problem and be given the chance to fix it than not hear from you again.
