Chung Mee literally means 'precious eyebrows' the shape of the leaves giving this tea its name. The processing of 'eyebrow' teas requires great skill, the leaves are hand rolled and dried to the correct shape at a specific temperature for the correct length of time. Long, fine jade leaves give a clear, pale yellow liquor with a smooth taste.
